I have udated JomSocial (from 2.6 to 3.0.1).
The home page from JomSocial is empty (or Error HTTP 500)... the 40-50% of chargements.

Wen i clik on user (.../profile) is good and works

I have the same problem. It is not always present, but only on the links in the menu (home / profile / inbox). Wen refresh (1,2 or many time) the error disappears.
Maybe the menu link?

I have not uninstalled plugins before the upgrade JS. Need to uninstall all plugins and fresh install JS?
All this plugins?

i tried to check your site 5 times (login and go to inbox page and go to another page) but i still can't find any 500 internal server error.. maybe you can ask error log from your hosting provider about this 500 error ?

or you can upgrade into 3.2.0.3 version of jomsocial if this problem still persist... DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR ENTIRE SITES + DATABASE BEFORE UPGRADE.. ( in case failed you can revert from your backup)

Facebook connect not work
Wen logged in with IE (version 11.0.9600) and go to JS home page (after refresh many times) no postbox in stream and filter not work....

Other problem (very little)
The Karma image is karma-xxx.gif in the code and in the template the files name is karma-xxx.png. Result: image not found...

I think my main problem is the menu link.
For example, if I disable the submenu Network / Profile and I click on my name -> works
If I activate the submenu Network / Profile and I click on my name -> not work

Is normal the link type ★ JomSocial ?

Other problem: wen i execute cron from mail queue -> same error:
