Like others my upgrade to 3.2.0.2 was hanging whilst updating the database.

This was caused by duplicate records within the table community_config, deleting the duplicate records and leaving just one copy of dbversion and config

After this the install went through fine. All though i had all ready removed plugins and menus prior as suggested in other posts, I sure that wasn't required in this instance
