1st and 2nd issue : yes this is bug from jomsocial, and our developer still working on it :)
3rd issue : we still don't use translation for a few string.. but we will do this on future.. if you want to change that language you can edit on
administrator\components\com_community\views\activities\view.html.php line 72

For the 1st and 3rd bug (only "posted" string if you fiund any string please report to us), already fixed by our developers and will be included on jomsocial 3.2.0.4.. about your 2nd issue, our developer will work on it after all major issue fixed.. i hope you understand about this :)
