I'm just wondering what permissions should be set for files and folders in jomsocial and joomla in order for it to be more secure, but still run properly and be fully functional.
I seem to remember a guide being available for earlier versions, but this appears to be missing in current documentation.
I'm a little surprised to find it missing. Sorry if its available elsewhere but I've been looking, to no avail.

depends on which owner they are using apache user or owner user but in general our developer suggest 755 for permissions :)
