Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Good afternoon, I updated JomSocial and now no one can write in the profile, or update the status or add photos, videos and events. I'm desperate, I hope you can help me, thank you very much in advance.
When I was version 3.1 everything was fine and people could update their status, but now, when you upgrade to 3.2, you do not miss the window to update the status, I installed from installer iJoomla, I think it could be a conflict of tables or something , it would not be the first time that gives me such problems, the web had already migrated from joomla 2.5, you can access the front-end with the same username and password for the administrator:
centerofrock.com/index
.php / community and see how to access the Status bar-Photo-Video-Event-Custom, do not respond to Click.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
If you are not user jomsocial on my website you will see that you can not invite your friends to participate in a group, you can not write a state, and the display of your profile can not be added by the bar for that purpose a event, a photo, video, or add custom.
The issue is that they have desabilitado some key features jomsocial, plus images to update jomsocial profiles are descolocaron and I had to adjust them manually, know if there are more problems, but it all started when I upgraded jomsocial before work correctly.
