Hi Blind,
I am failed to access at the give url and access credentials.
Can you check please?
Thanks
Hi Blind,
I am still in dark in replicating the problem.
So far I am stacked with the given url.
It is some what expecting email and password that I didn't see any where with the post.
Please elaborate the process thus how we can reach you and get the problem fixed.
Thanks
Hi Blind,
The issue with access is because you have an incorrect domain listed for support. Please go to to
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
and add the sites domain into the supported domains then this will not cause any delays in the future.
I have looked at your site and the issues you are having with Jomsocial are related to conflicts caused by other components installed on your site that are either outdated or not coded to an acceptable standard. Which ones they are, would need to be done by slowly disabling them one by one until the fault goes away. You can use the element inspector in your web browser to see all these issues.
To confirm if it is a bug or not you can always try doing the function in our community or at the demo site
demo.jomsocial.com
Hi, Blind.
It seems that your server configuration doesn't meet JomSocial requirements:
Your setting:
mssql.connect_timeout = 5
JomSocial minimum:
mssql.connect_timeout = 10 (Recommended = 120)
Please contact with your hosting provider as you can't add posts due to internal server error 500:
POST
blindlight.org/index.php

Jax.submitTask ajax_1.5.pack.js:1

e.extend.onCommentStreamAddSave item.js:148

Hosting provider should interpret this error by viewing server error logs and thus put more light to that issue.
Hi, Blind.
I confirm, I can access your site straight:
www.blindlight.org
Well, it's not my imagination :)
Please take a closer look... or better send this printscreen to your hosting provider:
prntscr.com/3esvtf
This are your server settings... referring to mssql and still to low...
And please, don't reply yourself as we could easily lost track on this topic. If you want to add something to the thread adn you response is last one - just edit it and add what you need.
Hi, Blind.
I apologize for delay...
So what was their response to server settings that doesn't meet JomSocial requirements?
And what about this "stupid stuff" on developer site?
