Upgraded to 3.2.0.1 and now posting to timeline does nothing... Other sites worked fine, so not sure whats going on with this one.

Please, disable Olark chat completely and check if issue persist.

Tried that, same problem. My other sites also use olark and it is working in them fine... Any other ideas?

After I deep dive into your issue. The problem because when AJAX method sending the status post, your server bring 500 internal error status.

this can happen if your web server using the csrf protection. but I still can't make sure yet.

Make sure that internally web server maintains (500) some kind of internal error logs that gives more detail of what went wrong and thus help in diagnosing the issue. Generally, it is logged into Windows Event Logs on the server. Thus, first thing while troubleshooting the error is to see Windows Event Logs on the server to find what went wrong.

I need detail that error logs from your web server.

your installed plugin make problem. please disable Plug-in Manager: system - jantispam.
after that, posting to timeline will running fine.

Great! No idea why my other sites are working but i have not really any spam issues on this one so i guess its ok.
