hi support,

after the upgrade, I noticed that I cannot see the "status updates" when the "all streams" filter is selected. You can only see the "status updates" when you select the "Status Updates" filter.

any help is appreciated.

regards,

leevon

Hi, Leevon.

I'm sorry but I can't confirm it on your page.
When "All streams" filter is enabled by default I see this post: prntscr.com/3djsrz
And when I filter by "Status update" I see the same post a s first one: prntscr.com/3djt10

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

michal,

the issue is still there. you only saw the status updates of groups and events. But you cannot see status updates of individual members.

I just posted a status update by the user support. Please login and by default "all streams" will not show the status update of support. You will only see the status update if you select "Status Updates".

Hi, Leevon.

I still can't confirm that.

Here is status update when viewing all streams: prntscr.com/3e6uvo
And here is the same status update when viewing only status updates: prntscr.com/3e6v0m

Please, notice that when you log in, by default "Me and friends" filter is enabled so you'll not see other people posts if they are not your friends.

HI michal,

thank you for your reply. I think the root cause is the confusing logic between:

1. Filtered by "Me and Friends"
2. FIltered by "All streams"

What is the default filter if "Me and friends is set by default.

Hi, Von.

You can set your default filter here:

Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Layout -> Frontpage Activity Stream -> Default Frontpage Activity Filter
