Country field always in englisg in spite of having the right lang files

Hi,
in the registration process at the front end the Country field display countries in english in spite of having the right
lang file installed. In my case (fr-FR.com_community.country.ini).
Inspecting the source code of the page show the english version, not the french one.
Can be seen on the live site.

I am sure you have some errors in translation setting, can you provide me the FTP access, please? so we can inspect this issue.. and regarding the date picker, I suggest you create the separate topic.

yeah, just finished to translate it.
The fact is you MUST translate the entire English file.
I mean you can't only set , let say only 2 countries otherwise all the others will be displayed in English.
That's pity.
Is there a way to set by default a country, in my case France, in the custom field,
In order to avoid the long display of the entire country list during the registration process ?

Yeah you need translate them all.. if you wanna set the default country you need hack the code for this, look at this www.jomsocial.com/forum/design-and-custo...-united-states#60572 for how to achive this and change the country code with 'COM_COMMUNITY_LANG_NAME_FRANCE'
