I have recently installed jomsocial and socialize. I was testing create account function and I am getting error message for email address field as below
Email 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.' domain is disallowed. Please choose a different email.
I have tried ten different email addresses and still get the same error message and can not get past this page.
I also have problem with the look and feel of the installed socialize template and some of them I have been able to change but some I have not been to fix.
1. Login Create is in the wrong position and can not find what position is this to move to position top right corner as in socialize demo.
2 I need to change the menu text for jomsocial to Members. I looked in documentation and template manager but did not find the answer.
3 I would like to remove text Joomla seen in two places, first one just below the word Getting started and second one below popular tags.
4 I would like change "Create Account" button text to "Register"
In a nutshell I would like the template to look like socialize demo template but without promo words.

About the email issue:
I have empty the field as screenshot and now all email should be working fine.

Now about the socialize issue:

1. Login Create is in the wrong position and can not find what position is this to move to position top right corner as in socialize demo.

I have placed the module at "top-header" position.

2 I need to change the menu text for jomsocial to Members. I looked in documentation and template manager but did not find the answer.

I have changed the text iomsocial to Members at Menu manager > main menu

3 I would like to remove text Joomla seen in two places, first one just below the word Getting started and second one below popular tags.

I have unpublished the modules.

4 I would like change "Create Account" button text to "Register"

I have updated the module and change to text. Please check at top module.

Thanks for fixing most of the problems I listed but problem with email persists though it does let me past the first page of registration by accepting the email address I put in but showed an error message in second page as below
" could not initiate mail function"
but did let me complete the registration and the message confirmed it and asked me to check my email to authenticate the email. I waited overnight but not received an email to authenticate.

During registration I noticed Birthdate format displayed in the field will be bit confusing as our community members live all over the world. How do I change the format from - 1947-05-08 to 8 May 1947 ?

Hi Muddaiah,

Can you check again you mail setting in Joomla configuration, please? if phpmail doesnt work, you can try use the STMP mail and setting it.

How do I remove Joomla button/label seen under Hello Friends on Home page ?

Also on members page there is an alert box showing as below
"Recent Activities
Welcome to JomSocial. You can now grow your social site by inviting people, making friends, sharing photos, and a lot more. The possibilities are endless."
where do I edit it to change the word "Jomsocial" to "Indian Doctors Abroad" ?
Where do I find documentation specific to socialize template and jomsocial extension so that I can learn to do these sort of changes myself ?
