I installed the new version without uninstalling the JomSocial 3.1.1 because it gave me a blank page and I could not proceed with the uninstallation, now I have also installed the template socialize, the problem is that I can not configure modules, Module Variations, also if I enter the code shown in the guide to customize, why not change? I saw the demo and smilies the new setting and so I should have with the template socialize do not see why? Maybe blame for installation?
Hi, Marco.
You mean that class suffix for modules don't work?
What do you mean by "Module Variations"?
Hi, Marco.
No, module class suffix is added properly. Style is not changed because this is a built-in module position in JomSocial and there are no corresponding css classes for it.
But please try this code:
.cSidebar .sbox8 {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #333333;
color: #CCCCCC !important;
padding: 20px !important;
border-radius: 3px;
}
.cSidebar .sbox8 h3 {
border-bottom: 1px solid #444444 !important;
box-shadow: 0 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) !important;
color: #CCCCCC !important;
margin: -20px -20px 10px !important;
padding: 15px 20px !important;
}
I checked and I do not have the custom.css, I do I create it with the code you gave me and I ended up just save the configuration with the set positions but with the effect of JomSocial modules socialize?
but the default positions of the modules which are they?
HI, Marco.
Please, read this:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Built-in_Module_Positions
I saw that you managed to move your modules from built-in positions to template positions.
So could I mark this thread as resolved?
