How do I remove:

1- Menu Bar
2 -Space to login or create profile on the network (which has a picture of a lot of people smiling and pointing - before entering the network)
3- Do you have any module to automatically display friends who are having a birthday?
4- You have more modules for the profile (only have two - friends and groups)
