I currently am using JomSocial 3.1.1 if I upgrade, I have read that I need to uninstall and install the new version 3.2, but I lose what I currently have on the website? The contacts lose their things loaded?

I have the site completely blank page, I read that I had to uninstall .... but how can I run the uninstall and it becomes all white, I can not access it from the administrative side of it fronted by side .... I'm ripristinanzo backup but how do you install the update

I tried uninstalling twice but still the same blank page problem, I installed without uninstalling and did not give me errors, can someone help me to see if everything went well, I would not have other problems

I'm really confused now. What is your issue exactly?
I was on your backend and you have already installed JomSocial 3.2 RC3.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class HtmlHelper in /home2/rdcromap/public_html/components/com_s2framework/s2framework/libs/view/helpers/html.php on line 256

Issue is caused by com_s2framework. If you don't use it, try to uninstall it.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
