JomSocial Pro Instalation stuck at create menu item

Hi JomSocial!

I hope you are all well! I have just purchased your JomSocial and Socilize package and i am in the middle of installing com_community_pro_3.1.1 and it seems to be taking a very long time to install. It is currently stuck on 'Create Menu Item' under 'Preparing Database'. Im not sure how long i have to wait but its been atleast 40 mins. Can you help me guys?
