I am having problem with my hosting regarding the amount of emails sent per hour. The limit is 500. Would you like information on how to regulate the frequency of items of mail per hour. 1. You need edit your cron job, and set the time as you wont, dont set each hours, but set each minutes or 8 seconds
2. Edit this file /administrator/components/com_community/default.ini find this variable "totalemailpercron" and edit the value for that variable as you want.
