I want to repleace:
"Profil paczkowicza jest niedostępny ponieważ nie jesteś jeszcze znajomym jego paczki. Poproś o znajomość z nim."
to the:
"To jest profil paczkowicza,niestety na razie niedostępny dla Ciebie.Aby nawiązać z nim kontakt musisz się najpierw zarejestrować."

"zrejestrować" - I want to be the link that leads to the site where person can create a new account when clicked.

"Explain step by step" - this is the point - I don't know how to do it, in which file etc.

Please go to the root/languages/pl-PL/pl-PL.com_community.ini
and find the text and change as expected.
