I shocked when I saw your Database. There is 239 tables, you must delete unnecessary tables to make DB load more lighter.
And at FTP I found /PAI/lic.php and /PAI/z.php if you open/edit that files you will see that files are from Hacker. Maybe there is any files at other locations.

From this I suggest you to upgrade your joomla and jomsocial, after that install Akeeba admin tools for security. If you don't want upgrade it, you can try to re-install it.

Because I aware with the Photo issue caused DB overload or maybe some files get hacked.

first goto your hosting cpanel. and backup your site. after that open your Database manager/phpmyadmin. delete all "backup" tables, backup table start with "bak_" prefix.

after that install akeeba admin for security:

read the documentation for detail.

and re-install/upgrade your jomsocial.

My suggestion, if your site built by someone (web developer, or else). Better you asking for they support. to check all server things. related for security.
