I do not understand anything.
I just bought Socialize template.
I can see it in "My orders" boxe.
I already have a site with JOMSOCIAL newly created.
I want to replace the default JOMSOCIAL template by Socialize.
How do I do, please?
I tried something (to put the name of the site in "domain" and "install" in "My orders" boxe) without success and I stopped because I don't want to put a big mess everywhere...

Hi Michel

I have entered into the backend of your joomla page but I do not see the template socialize installed on your Jomla

To use the template socialize you must first install the package that contains the installation Socialize

1.socialize_template_V.x.x.x.zip
2.plg_system_t3.v.x.xx .. zip
3.mod_community_toolbar_V.x.x.x.zip

after all the installation is complete select the default template Socialize

That is the problem: I don't know at all what to do from "My account" page (please see the attachment).

Do you have the installation files from Scialize, Socialize-Vx.xxzip if you have it you have to unzip it first before doing the installation, once you unzip there you will find a new three files.

If you do not have it, you can have it in a way to download the installation file.

As the picture that you attach, you click on Download button the row Socialize .

I understand but:
when I clic under "download", it ask me something: "You must enter support domain and install domain(s) before you can download".
So I intered "happypeopleof.com" which is the domain name and it doesn't work.
In other terms: "download" doesn't want to download (with me at list)...
This is the problem.
