Arter update to 3.1.1 jomsocial home page image not showing well. I have made no overrides.

I have failed to login at the site admin and showing error as
"This request has been denied for security reasons. If you believe this was in error, please contact support."
but here the simple fix need to add with style css file.

    min-width: 100%;
}
