Security update question

Can you verify the 3.1 file in the www.jomsocial.com/files/patches/jomsocial_security_patches.zip download has the security update in it?

I'm getting a report back from tech that the string.php file is the same as we already have. The right file appears to be in the 3.1.0 to 3.1.1 string.php file but not the in the security_patches zip file.

We are on 3.1.0.4.
