In "multiple profiles" We have several profile types (such as "Company", "individuals" and more): How can we specify for each profile a specific menu option that lists or show all the registered members who are listed in this specific profile? Example: we have in the multiple profile types "Companies" & "Individuals" and when we press on any of both, we would like to see a menu option with a list of all the joomcial registered members who are listed under this specific profile (company or individual).

If those profile types contain an unique field e.g. Company name then you could use Advanced Search to create a query for that field. Query generates result list and specific query url link. Then you could copy that link and enter is as a menu item (External URL).
