I have installed the installer , and then completed the installation.
After the installation went successfully, I get this error message in the back end:

It seems a license issue for which the necessary files are not fully copied/installed.

I am experiencing the following error at the site admin panel.
Your host needs to disable magic_quotes_gpc to run this version of Joomla!
And the site minimum execution time is 30 where our recommended value is 120.
Can you ask support to the hosting server to take care these issues as expected below.
magic_quotes_gpc = Off
max_execution_time = 120
And also I may need ftp access of the site.

One another thing we need to know that,
That domain (ta____wh.f___t.__.il/magic/administrator) where you are asking support is it just the upgrade site of existing one(dw_.__.il)?

magic_quotes_gpc was disabled prior to installation. I am not sure why I kept getting this error, but when I added php.ini to the admin folder the message stopped. I tried re installing but the problem persisted.

Max execution time is set to 300. Where did you see it was set to 120?

Yes, it is dev account. Unfortunately, your system did not take into account not all Joomla installations are installed on domain associated accounts!

I just PMed you an FTP access. In addition, FTP access is listed here on the support side.

The credentials are OK. The problem is that you may try to log in from a country that is blocked by provider. Can you use a proxy server to log in? you managed to log in to the admin panel last time .The password did not change.....

I am still experiencing login problem at backend.
I am trying to login at "taxxxxwh.fxxxt.co.il/magic/administrator/ and experiencing error as
"Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error"
FYI, I have logged in before but now failed to log in, another thing is I have also try to access by proxy and still the same.
