Upgrade to latest JomSocial Version 3.1.0.4 with Installer but it is hanging at the point "preparing database" - thank you for you help.

Hi, Kilian.

Updated. I had to delete JomSocial tollbar to upgrade. Now you'll need to recreate menu items in toolbar. For some reason it was not recreated, we're sorry.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

hi michael - thank you very much for your help. don`t know if you got my last reply. when trying to activate the profile with the link provided in the email, it generates a link that looks like: qqqhttp://www.pinoy-boy.com/index.php?option=com_users&task=registration.activate&token=cd5d0457ec3e6bbbc39ec72c0ead03ee" only when deleting qqq the user will be able to activate - but, unfortunately this can not be the solution :-D do you have any idea?
