Not showing correct member in dashboar

Hi,

1. I see an error in Dashboard showing members, In my site there are 276 members while in dashboard showing 244.
2. Demographic is not showing the correct percentage of Male and Female.
3. Member Locations is not showing correct there only Five Countries while it should be more than that.

Can any please fix the bags and let me know. Please let me know so I can send Backend password in you email.

Hi Abdul.

The problem lies in userpoints, bassicaly users after registration does't have any userpoints, and the dashboard does't recognize such users as "active JomSocial" user. And this's why the member count on dashboard is not correct, once your users will gain some users points, then they'll recognize by dashboard as "JomSocial" users. I'm pretty sure it'll be fixed in our upcoming release.
