I cannot connect multiple domains to my developer license. iJoomla installer will not let me update JomSocial for anything not listed in "Support Domain." Please fix my account ASAP.

Hi Jim.

I'll pass this question to our billing specialist Ricardo, and I'm sure he'll reply as soon it's possible.

Hi Jim,

Could you remove the blank space you leave after the comma?

Set the license as mydomain1.com,mydomain2.com

If the problem persists send me the exact URL where you are trying to install the extension.

Also, remember that you can use the zip file included in the downloaded package.

Best regards,

Could you verify the backend URL?

It's redirecting me to home.

The admin URL is joomla.coreunlimitedllc.com/administrator/ .

Your form changed the provided URL when it made me select a support domain. The pulldown only lists aetherquest.com. None of my other domains.

I don't understand what the backend of my site has to do with this. I can't add support domains to my JomSocial account. That is on JomSocial.com. I have purchased a developer license. I should have 5 areas in my account to add support domains. That is what isn't working. Even if the license were being recognized for the other sites listed as "Domains you wish to install this product on" (which it is not), they aren't listed in the pulldown for this forum. Technically, I can't request support for those domains.

Thanks,

Jim

Hi Jim,

It's working fine now. The problem is that you didn't add the URL where you installed the extension.

You used coreunlimitedllc.com and you should use joomla.coreunlimitedllc.com because the extension is installed here: joomla.coreunlimitedllc.com
