JomSocial Denied domains is empty. it wont allow any registrations, its very weird.

Also, cant register, it says "ReCaptcha plugin needs a public key to be set in its parameters. Please contact a site administrator."

Recapture plugin is definitely configured correctly, Am i missing something?

Hi Kris,
"JomSocial Denied domains is empty. it wont allow any registrations, its very weird."
It is caused for the backend admin panel > jomsocial > configuration > site > Registration > Allowed Domains
You have allowed there only "fanspam.com".
See the screenshot.
You may have allowed more domain with comma separated or empty for all domain.
