Hard to explain... be patiente ok?

After some of last upgrades something happened, I don't know exactly when it happened.

Lot of my users get now a "Restricted Access" message trying to visit other profiles. Before there was not this message.

So I tried to understand, but I cannot get a solution.

My account as "admin" is public, so everyone can visit it ok?
I created a test account and it is not able to access to my (admin) profile, getting "Restricted Access" message.

Lot of users notified this trouble visiting profiles.

Tell me what to check, some cue, thanks.

I just fixed it by "reseting existing privacy" in back-end>configuration>privacy
