Hi,

up until now I could solve most of my problems using other posts in this forum but I haven't found a similar topic to this problem.
I just created two Profile Types and set one as the default profile. One Profile is for everyone and the second needs administrator approval.
So if I create an account I got to the second page where I have to choose one of the profile Types and if I try to choose the one I set as default I got an error telling me I have to choose one of the profile types.
I don't understand why the system is not choosing the default one automatically and just asks me if I want to choose the other one. Can someone help me with this?

Oh and when I try to change my profile there are no fields visible to fill in. I use another Login Module than the Jomsocial one and with users are not asked to choose a profile but they are just registered and need to edit their profile manual.

Thank You,
Sandra

Hi, Sandra.

I recreated "Handwerker"Profile Type and it seems to work fine now.
Please confirm.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi!

Thank you very much for your help, it works great now! I responded yesterday, but I don't see my post anymore...no clue what happened!
But anyway, Thank you!
I would like to know what you changed so in the future I could do it myself!

Best Regards,
Sandra
