In order to improve security we need to move admin functionality to another host, we will delete admin pages
from the hosted domain,

How can this be achieved?

Kind Regards

M.

Hi there.

Sure, you can migrate without any problem for instance using tool akeeba backup, but please keep in mind that issues releated to migrations are beyond our support scope.

I meant the site is installed somewhere and the admin is another host in DMZ. Can we just change the DB connection to be accessed remotely so Jomsocial can be administered from another host.

Ohhh...I'm very sorry but I'm not sure if this's even possible within Joomla, maybe you could ask about this on official Joomla's forum here ? www.forum.joomla.org
