Can't get Jomsocial Email registration to work

Hello support,
I upgraded jomsocial to 2.8.4.2
I'm using Jomsocial Email for registration, but I can't get to work the emails to activate and register users. Once an user see "Your account has been created", no emails is sent to the user.
I appreciate your Help.

Can you upgrade to our latest version 3.1.0.4 first? because your jomsocial was too old..

I have been tried find problem about your email, i changed your email settings to gmail with PHPMail or SMTP but i didn't receive any email activation.. because this email activation is handle by joomla core, maybe you can ask for help in joomla forum page :)

Hi David, thanks for trying,

As you see I'm working with JF Social Template and I decided to move forward and install Jomsocial 3.2.2.
I was trying to install the latest jomsocial in local wamp server in order to be able to test it before going online, I install the IJoomla Installer without problems and after I got this message:

"Extension Installed Version Latest Version Status License # You can see your license conde from - My Downloads - from your ijoomla account Expire Date Install / Upgrade Buy / Renew
iJoomla Ad Agency" I got stuck in this step, what I need to do?

Another question, I have almost 50 users and everyday I got an estimate of 2 post, How to migrate this data and users?

Jomsocial 3.2.2 or Joomla 3.2.2 ?? as far as i know, the latest jomsocial now is 3.1.0.4.. :) about you got stuck, maybe you can give me a screenshot.. Maybe i will ask to our Billing specialist if you can't download latest version, or got stuck because license issue :)

I'm sorry, I mean Jomsocial 3.1.0.4 and I'm sending you the screenshot, "I install the IJoomla Installer without problems and after that step when I go hit IJoomla to complete the installation installing the com_commun.... I got this message"

Hi Benjamin,

instead installing from ijoomla installer, you can try to download first jomsocial component from your account page in jomsocial.com... after download, unzip the file, and you can install manually from your joomla localhost extensions manager :)

About migrate user data and avatar maybe just backup your old database and restore it on your new localhost database, don't forget to use same prefix database like before ;)

I am really frustrared migrating or exporting/importing users. First at all Jomsocial 2.8 call it user, jomsocial 3.X call it members. Above you sound like everything is soo easy man...

Export Database, change prefix, dbname, etc (NO LUCK)
I even purchase ARRA user export and import without luck.

Is there a Step by step migrate or import/export jomsocial users??

It Socks !! Tired an SICK (no solution for this)???
