My site was hacked after security update

I did the "secuirty" update as you said in your blog but after that my site was hacked.... my site was shut down. How could this happen after your security update to 3.1.0.4?

Our latest package should fix all the problems with secruity, but just to make sure that it's not caused by JomSocial, I'll assign a developer for this, he'll reply as soon it's possible.
