Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Updating to JS 3.1.0.2 I found out a new, better organized, beautiful admin interface (thank you guys!).
I'm having problems on FireFox last version clicking in Profiles>>Customize Profiles >> New - All fields are overlaping moving to the top of the screen making this impossible to read or change.
I entered to you administration panel Profiles>>Customize Profiles and everything seems to be ok.
I'm not sure about this "New" you referring to... you mean "New group" or "New Field". Both of them display a modal window that also looks ok...
The only thing I noticed that main table is pushed aside... but I could be connected with Bluestork template.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I'm sorry but I can't confirm that.
I checked it in FireFox and Chrome. In both cases everything is ok. Look on print screens.
Have you tried to look in other web browser?
Also try to change backend template.
New fields are created in modal windows. Do you have problem with modal windows in back end or front end?
