Hi there.

This issue is caused by your Joomla template, I switched to defult one and everything seems to work just fine. I suggest to contact with team which develop your template and ask them for some help with this issue.

To fix it please open this file components/com_community/templates/default/css/style.css

find this code :

#community-wrap .cIndex-Actions{position:absolute;bottom:0;left:0;width:100%}

and delete this code position:absolute;
