Hi JomSocial team,

So far, everything has been going great with JomSocial and I LOVE your component!

However, there is one major issue I am dealing with: I upgraded to JomSocial 3.1.0.1 since in the patch notes it says "BUG FIX: JS-1449 : Browser title and Meta tag on menu item configuration not respected on Jomsocial pages"

That is the main reason I upgraded: to fix the issue with JomSocial not recognizing my main menu meta descriptions.

But when I to set the meta description in my menu items, JomSocial still does not display what I have set in the Joomla menu items. Instead, it still display the Joomla default meta description and titles.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Ryan.

I'll consult this matter with our developers, since it seems to not be fixed, or maybe I'm missing something, anyway I'll ask our developers about this problem.

I have just checked your issue. I guess you are talking about
Menu Manager - View item page - Metadata Options: Meta Description & Meta Keywords ?
If yes, actually commit for "BUG FIX: JS-1449 : Browser title and Meta tag on menu item configuration not respected on Jomsocial pages" is not applied just because i didn't expect to use that.
Now, i'm going to improve this for a quick.
