installing jf chrome

Hi
Im having trouble installing the jf chrome template to my site. I have tried the suggested method but after uploading I get an error message, (have included a screen shot) and there is no sign of the template in admin area.


would appreciate some help

Hi,

If I'm not mistaken, the JF Chrome is a joomla template that also contains a JomSocial template. I suggest contacting with the template developer. Also, I'm sorry but I can't see any screenshot, are you sure you've uploaded it correctly?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements: bit.ly/WyZyrL
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job: bit.ly/10OzfPN
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
