Fatal Error after I installed

I'm getting the following Fatal Error after I installed and tried to launch JomSocial:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class CommunityModelPhotos in /xxxx/xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx.com/components/com_community/models/photos.php on line 18

As far I can see JomSocial is already installed on your site an everything seems to work just fine. Is there anything I'm missing?
