Hi

Since upgrading Jomsocial, the menu item in my component list has disappeared for some reason. I have also gone into extension manager and searched for jomsocial and only the plugins and modules are listing.

It seems according to my toolbar that there is an update for my version of Jomsocial but because the component isn't listed in my extension manager I am unable to uninstall it and the link on my toolbar doesn't do anything at all.

Any ideas?

I have checked and checked again and I can login without a problem. In the 'misc' section I have put the details for the C Panel, is this the section that you have attempted to login with?

Please try to download latest package of JomSocial 3.1.0.4 from your account page, and then try to reinstall JomSocial.

Thanks, I will try this. However the software isn't showing in my extension manager to install...so am I able to just install over the top?

Sure, you can simply override your actuall instance of JomSocial, you can install it with iJoomla installer for instance..
