I cannot open these files, usually, when i receive a compressed file when i click to open they just do. this file that i downloaded isn't opening error message (windows cannot open file for both methods) Microsoft resolves to take me online to look for possible software that can help, they didn't.

my website is new, so you would have to type it into the address bar. it will lead you to godaddy.com. once you are there you can enter the username and password.
