Migrating / Upgrading J1.5.26 JS 2.0.6 to J3.2.1 JS 3.1.0.1
Hi there,
we are currently using J! 1.5.26 and JS 2.0.6 and we want to migrate to the latest J! and JS. We are using the SPUpgrade migrator and would like to rebuild the site and keep all community data.
is there a faster way to make a migration without the updates of JS version by version?
And: are JS2.6.3 and iJoomla installer working on J3.2.1?
Please give me a (short) step by step instruction for doing that migration/upgrade.
And finally, iJoomla installer works on J3.2 (you dont have to use it) but JomSocial 2.6.3 is not compatible with j3.2

it would be same as asking is Symbian app is compatible with android, or something like that :) Maybe bad analogy, but you know what i mean right :)
- Don't say feature not working. Instead, explain what you tried and what was the outcome.
- When you think you found the bug, try to replicate it on a fresh Joomla.
- When looking for support always provide temporary Super Administrative access to your site. We will ask for it anyway.
- Help yourself and
read documentation
which can give you answers to almost all questions you may have

Hi there
please provide access to the site where this happens and we can push the installation for you.
Basically i would modify installer to skip this step, because, you dont really need to care about ajax on the site at this point as the only thing why tier upgrade is needed, is to upgrade database.
If you know how to do it yourself, you can modify installer to skip this step.
