Upload videos not worked fine: JS 3.1.0.1 & joomla 3.2.1

Hi,

I have issue with upload videos function. It appear fine in activity stream, when i click on, no thing happening.
please chek pic. It worked fine before update to JS 3.2 and JS 3.10.1

JomSocial 3.0 is not compatible with Joomla 3.2
Please upgrade to JomSocial 3.1.0.1

- When you think you found the bug, try to replicate it on a fresh Joomla.
- When looking for support always provide temporary Super Administrative access to your site. We will ask for it anyway.
- Help yourself and read documentation which can give you answers to almost all questions you may have

I have just tried to upload video at your site and got the response that FFMPEG could not convert video after running the cron
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to recompile FFMPEG with default settings.
