500 Error when clicking on "my account"

Hi,
When I click on "My account" I get an Error 500 - internal server error page.

Hostgator says there are no errors on the server. Can you help?

Seems to happen only with my admin account provided. had someone else login and then click "my account' and they had no problem.

And now it seems to have self corrected. Any idea why this happened?

Sorry for slow response but our support is very limited during weekend days
It could happen that you had some incompatible application published on that profile, and once you disabled it, it started working.


- Don't say feature not working. Instead, explain what you tried and what was the outcome.
- When you think you found the bug, try to replicate it on a fresh Joomla.
- When looking for support always provide temporary Super Administrative access to your site. We will ask for it anyway.
- Help yourself and read documentation which can give you answers to almost all questions you may have
