I am getting below error message and site gets down for about 20 min, until the reset the query limit.

I get this error message when I try to assigning the PDF files from media library to the lessons in the course. The below error occurs after every 2 lessons.

Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: User 'deep_joomla3' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000) SQL=SELECT `session_id` FROM `#__session` WHERE `session_id` = '8e1e79b51cd0917b4bd0d7b82e62cc42' LIMIT 1

Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: User 'deep_joomla3' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000) SQL=DELETE FROM `#__session` WHERE `time` < '1499164119'

Can you please check what causes this issue? Am I following wrong flow for creating course and lessons?

Please help me asap as I need to create this course very urgently.
