sorry, we cant help you too much, since we not handle this part...like I said this "upload file..." text is pre-defined by the browser and can't be changed. The only way to get around this is to use 3rd party code, like use CSS, javascript or flash.. but we cant help you for this part.. too much effort to make it happens..

I am not sure why your firefox still showing on english..
