It's Impossible to save change in system email. I need to translate the email notification subject. But when I click on the Save or Save & Close buttons nothing happen ?
Which email template you have issue with?
I checked few of them and they seems to have translated subject:

Your issue was caused by Editor - RokPad plugin. I disabled it and now you may save changes.
That plugin has errors on Guru pages when rich text fields are used.
