This is my response to that ticket:

Hi,

When one media is clicked from that modal page, we made an ajax call request to this file:
[ADMIN_SITE_URL]administrator/components/com_guru/views/gurutasks/tmpl/ajaxAddMedia.php?id=[MEDIA_ID]
but this request return:
500 Internal Server Error
Please, can you contact your hosting support and tell them about this, maybe there is a restriction for ajax call request. If there is not a protection, please provide us ftp access (host and username/password) to check this component files.

You understand correct. I can't login. And therefore I can't access Support Forum or VIP Support (where I guess the ticket department is).
