I don't see any overrides in your template.

As for template customization... if you are not sure how to customize it - please, contact with template developers.

I copied the file ROOT/components/com_guru/views/guruprograms/tmpl/view.php

Then created /html/com_guru/guruprograms/ in ROOT/templates/

Then downloaded the view.php file in line 413 and commented this line, like this:

//$details .= '<br/><b>'.JText::_("GURU_CERTIFICATE_COL").': </b>'.JText::_("GURU_NO_CERT_GIVEN");

and uploaded this file to: ROOT/templates/html/com_guru/guruprograms/

I'm sorry, my mistake. It should be:

ROOT/templates/your-template/html/com_guru/guruprograms/ (if you don't have those folders - feel free to create them)

Those folders need to be inside your current template folder.
