Hello,
I set free courses but Guru show again a subscriber message and ask again to install payment plugins.
Thanks for your help.
Regards.
HI, Jean-Charles.
Where I could see that issue? Please, post direct link to courses.
Hi,

Thanks for your help.

Hi.
That course is free but user needs to be logged in:
prntscr.com/8qdu0c
If users is not registered - can't enrol to course straight away, needs to be registered. That's why checkout process starts - course is still free (0 cost) but checkout creates user account.
In summa: guests can't enrol to courses.
Hi,
Ok, thanks.
I think the UX is not relevant here because the button under this message :
nimb.ws/FwEqLc
send the user to checkout instead of registration page.
The button should be the same as Enroll Now when user is not logged:
nimb.ws/mOxszr
How can I make it possible ?
Thanks for your help.
Regards.
Hi.
I'll pass your suggestions to Guru developer.
Thanks.
And I have to configure payment plugin, otherwise checkout doesn't work.
When user is not loggedn the button has to be the same as Enroll Now and has to redirect to registration page, how can I make it possible ? I think we just have to change the link in a core file, but where ?
Thanks for your help.
Regards.
Hi,
The "Enroll Now" button seems to be a mistake here and it doesn't appear everytime, with a right Guru configuration the right button is "Buy Now" and it redirect to Cart page.
So, with Free Courses, the only solution is to change words (with language override) and to change the cart layout to hide everything which is not coherent, do yo confirm ?
Or perhaps we can redirect directly to "Register or login" page hacking a Guru core file ?
Thanks for your help.
Regards.
Hi,
have you seen my questions above ?

Hi,
Have you seen my questions above ?

I made some tests, the problem is even more complicated :
nimb.ws/E2zgUo
As you can see, impossible to enroll to a free course once we are registered if a payment plugin is not installed.
To sum up, as every course are free :
- User need to go directly to registration without cart process (not really a problem, it's just an UX problem)
- User can't enroll to a free course if a payment plugin is not installed
Regards.
The problem can be skirt with the Payment Processor [Offline] enabled.- User can't enroll to a free course if a payment plugin is not installed
Hi,
Please make sure that administrator access is ok and please provide us ftp account too. Edit first post from this ticket and there you can find a secure form where you can add ftp account details.
Hi Alin,
I re-enabled the super admin access and I added the FTP access to this topic.
Thanks.
