Kindly take backup of the site and update the Jomsocial to the latest version.
If you have this issue after update,
edit your first post and submit the site credentials with FTP account details.

You need to have an active membership to get support and downloads.
As you are using latest Joomla you should update the Jomsocial package to make it ready.
I suggest you renew the membership and update JS to latest version.
