I have a problem where some members are not able to see the activity stream on their group. I'm having a hard time nailing down the specific conditions that cause this problem as some members see it and others don't perhaps you can shed some light?

I am checking the problem on your site, I found the same issue on your site, but not sure which extension causing because on a fresh installation of jomsocial there is no such issue.
UPDATE -
We need to access the database of site, kindly edit the first post and submit Cpanel/phpmyadmin access for staff.
