I'm a super user trying to remove a user from a group. This user is part of Group1 and another (Group2) that I am trying to remove him from. Every time I remove him from Group2 and hit save, it says "John Doe has been assigned into the group Group1". This implies that he is no longer in Group2, but he still appears in the group, and when I click "Assign to Group" it still has him in Group2. Please help.

Thanks!

I also can't edit the entry for them in the community_groups_members table. Apparently this is because there is no column with a unique id for a primary key.

HI, Scott.

Thank you for contacting us.
Could you provide me a bit more details?
What user in particular you want to remove? From which group?
Or does this happen with every user?
You try to remove user from group in backend or frontend?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi,
Thank you for asking. It's happening with all users when I remove a user from the back end. I see that when I remove a user from the front end, it does the trick.
You can use the (Pilates Instructor) Sara White account and the Beehive group to see what what's happening.
Thanks!

HI, Scott.

I tried with mentioned user. She was member of two groups and I removed one without any issue.
Now she's member of one group only: prntscr.com/hpfkrz
